Addition of Unbaked Clay tile in elevation makes it stand-out with bold Madder Red color. Front Entry part is double heighted volume with a ceramic art from an Artist Devesh Upadhyay & a meditative metal Sculpture symbolize of soul with a lotus as a base being conceptualized by Dipen Gada himself and shaped up by Prashant Gurjar who is part of our team DGA and fabricated by Mehul Panchal.

Exactly above this there’s balcony which is attached to Master Bedroom balcony. Formal living at Ground Floor & Master Bedroom at First Floor is facing front side of the plot. Internal passage is well lighted through Structural glazing in front elevation, same time it connects passage to the garden outside. Internal Staircase of the house is having a huge 6′ diameter skylight to increase day light penetration to the house.
