When we first approached Dipen Gada & Associates, Dipenbhai described his design philosophy in on word – ‘SAHAJ’.

Well, after a long and eventful journey with DGA we can now totally understand the significance of this philosophy. The end product i.e. our dream house turned out be elegantly simple in its structure and form. While making a house for 3 generations of occupants the design and the interiors are well adapted to the simplicity of a pleasant living.

Everyone at team DGA led by Dipenbhai immersed themselves completely into the project and not only considered all our inputs but also hand held us into visualizing certain bold and unique features of the house. His usage of natural light makes the house give out a vibe of coziness and vibrancy which is unique to any DGA project.

We had a wonderful journey in the last few years with DGA where we saw our paradise come up in front of our eyes. We wish everyone at DGA and especially Dipenbhai all the very best for the future and would undoubtedly recommend them to shape one’s idea of an ideal home.

I had approached DGA after looking at one single image of one of his projects on the internet. I just knew that my dream would be rendered into reality by someone who speaks the language of that image. And I was proven 100% correct.

Right from the beginning Dipenbhai understood what we wanted in our home. And the execution of that idea was picture perfect. My dream has been translated into a beautiful space with bricks and concrete and stone.

Working with the team DGA was so easy and pleasant. The team was young and enthusiastic and their commitment to my project was complete. There were hardly any delays or glitches from their part.

My decision to approach Dipenbhai for my house was completely rewarded by his genius, his love for beauty and art and his attention to detail. Throughout the process of completion of the project, I knew he was thinking of my home all the time.. His commitment was beyond professional. The experience of Creating our dream home was tremendously satisfying given our demands regarding certain areas which were fulfilled beautifully. The overall experience of staying in this house with the kitchen and living areas overlooking a very green space is truly a delight to the eyes.

Given the size of the plot it was a great achievement. It’s been almost 9 years, and each passing year the house has grown on to us. A visitor once commented that she feels like meditating every time she visits; such is the aura the space commands.What more could an owner ask for.

we wish to see DGA grow more and more in terms of versatility of projects and spaces and scale new heights.

Hello sir, I am fine 😊 hope you are doing well.

We are privileged by having you and your team since 2016 with us and we are more than happy by using the facility everyday as there exists an energetic vibe here and this is been said by many of our clients who have been to gym since years.

On top of it last to last month, three girls from Surat came here to visit the gym for her internship project and they were so impressed by the interior and the usage of the space that they said we have not found such a gym in our city.

Everyone dreams of a house and so did we and then our search started for a magician who would make it a reality. We found a magician in Dipen Bhai and his team. We have now been living in our house for a year and a half and what we love about the house is the vibes that it gives us.

The ventilation and natural lighting is amazing. The whole process from detailed planning to small disagreements to finalising colours for bedrooms kitchens the process has been very meticulous and organised the follow-up of the team even after moving in has been a cherry on the top.

 She has created a lot of cosy places in the house where we have coffee nights with friend’s movie night bonfire, etc. We are making memories and will continue to do so. Thank you DGA

Our fav places are the porch swing, the fountain place on 2nd floor, the kitchen breakfast counter.

The maintenance is less which I love about the house.

House is such that even when we travel and stay at amazing properties, we like it better at home.

We have to say that me Gopi and kids enjoying every moment living in dream "GHAR" magically created by you for almost six years and almost never say " Wish we would have......." The house that you designed for us, initially, was merely a place bought by us, but it slowly turned into a home that brings us a lot of comfort and joy to stay in! With a relatively big joint family like ours, it is usually difficult to find moments of personal space but the home you have built us has plenty of that to offer. We have had next to no problems with the structural integrity of our home which brings us immense relief knowing we will stay safe.

Even after living here for these many years, it still feels like we entered into this amazing place yesterday, still feels new and welcoming as always.

With regards to working with you and your entire team and staff, it has been a great experience for us. All our concerns have always been taken care with the utmost sincerity and devotion and for that we thank you.

All in all, each one of you has been very accommodative of our needs and ideas throughout the entire journey. And It has reflected in a way, where we have not faced any problems throughout these 5 years of living in this beautiful place that we call our home!

It’s been 15 years now; we are staying in a house designed by Dipenbhai and his team. We have not felt changing anything so far itself is a proof and a compliment to their aestheticdesigns. They have designed a very functional and welcoming home with elegance and contemporary style.

Moreover, DGA provides a very healthy professional relationship with clients by understanding their requirements and completely taking care of their budgets. They are very open about considering the clients ideas for their home.

Nirvaan :- means ultimate bliss.
This journey of ultimate bliss started 12 years back when we met Dipen Gada to help us plan our home.
Dipen bhai the team principal of DGA understood our requirements and came up with concept of peep house.
Peep house is a very bold contemporary exposed concrete facade on which sits a solid white block . It looks as if a person is peeping out of a wall.

The house is planned in such a way that each room has its own privacy yet very well connected with the common spaces of house.
We wanted a pool but also wanted the privacy with it. So the pool is designed is such a way that is it semi converted from top and it flow in the zen garden. There are multiple common area that we use to entertain our guest. Each common space has its own character and is different, may it be the home theatre area or the zen garden or the outdoor living space.

The material selection from flooring to curtains were selected in such a way that they blend in with nature.

Dipen bhai and his team from day 1 gave us such a detailed presentation that we could easily visualize the end product.

The precision of drawings given by team DGA led to perfect on site execution.

The entire process of creating our new house has been wonderful and so has the association with Dipen bhai.

We are truly thankful and grateful to team DGA to come up with this bold concept of peep house and helping us converting this house into our HOME :- THE ULTIMATE BLISS .
