My design philosophy is…

Our firm strives to maintain a balance between aesthetics and functionality in all our designs. There is a constant search of exploring the uncharted and con-clouding beyond the conventional. Classic minimalism is what we follow and maintain in each project we undertake. We also believe in respecting the natural materials and uniqueness of each element. We like to explore each element with its qualities and adapt it to our client’s requirement. For us, each project is considered a milestone. All our designs maintain a balance between aesthetics and functionality with amalgamation between architecture, art and design.

What kind of design software and ‘equipment do you use in your work?

New age technological solutions have brought about significant change in our design process. There are many software’s related to architectural and interior available. And we are well acquainted with them as well. Few of them are AutoCAD, Sketch up, V-Ray and Photoshop.

 An infrastructure upgrade that is need of the hour for India,

Infrastructural development in India is the need of the hour and by far a lot of development is happening on this front. But unfortunately, the depth of the thought process and detailing is missing. The most important thing is to do lots of R & D before implementing any such projects with respect to local need & context.

 A material you would like to experiment with

think the choice of material and its usage is the most essential part of design. Exposed concrete, Exposed brick, Natural stones, Metal, Indian stones, Natural sun-light and Artwork are my favorite building materials. These materials are highly preferred in most of our pro-jects due to its versatile quality and feel of timelessness. No materials can beat the flexibility which they offer. We try to explore and experience these old vernacular materials which have timeless beauty
